Thank you for shopping with Yokubo. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order to understand our processing times, shipping procedures, and estimated delivery dates.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders will begin processing after the Yokubo website closes for the current release or ordering period.

During an active release, customers can place orders through our website. However, order processing and fulfillment will not begin until the website has closed for that release.

Once the ordering period ends, we begin preparing, processing, and fulfilling all orders.

Please allow approximately 1 to 2.5 months (4–10 weeks) for your order to be delivered after the website closes.

This timeframe includes order processing, production or preparation where applicable, packaging, and shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, production schedules, shipping destinations, customs processing, and carrier delays.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these processing and delivery expectations, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times provided by shipping carriers generally begin once your order has been dispatched, not when the order is originally placed.

Please remember that Yokubo operates on a release-based fulfillment schedule, meaning orders are processed after the ordering period closes.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific delivery commitment is provided.

If a material delay occurs, we will communicate with affected customers as required by applicable law.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, package dimensions, and selected shipping method.

Larger products, including automotive bucket seats, may have higher shipping charges due to their size and weight.

Any available shipping promotions or free-shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.

International Shipping & Customs

Yokubo ships internationally to supported destinations.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

Canada

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to GST, HST, PST, QST, RST, customs duties, and carrier handling fees.

If applicable charges are not collected at checkout, customers may be required to pay them before or upon delivery.

United Kingdom

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to VAT, import duties, customs charges, and carrier handling fees.

Charges prepaid at checkout will be identified during checkout. Other applicable import charges may be collected upon delivery.

European Union

Orders shipped to European Union countries may be subject to VAT, customs duties, and import-processing fees.

If checkout indicates that duties and taxes are prepaid, those charges are included as specified at checkout.

Otherwise, additional charges may be payable before or upon delivery.

Other International Destinations

International customers are responsible for applicable customs fees and import taxes unless Yokubo expressly states otherwise.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available.

Tracking information may take additional time to become active after your package has been handed to the carrier.

Because orders are processed after the website closes, tracking information will not normally be available during the active ordering period.

Shipping Destinations

Yokubo ships to supported domestic and international destinations.

Shipping availability is determined by the destination selected at checkout.

Certain products, including oversized automotive items, may have shipping restrictions or additional charges.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or experiences an unexpected delay, please contact us.

Include your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged items, photographs may be helpful.

We will assist with investigating the issue and determining an appropriate resolution.
